Rover Retriever is ideal for anyone who’s mobile and needs to stay connected to the office.

This section explains how to connect to gateways.

Retrieving Your First Data

The first time you start Rover Retriever you will receive the following prompt:

Select ‘Login to New Site’ to learn how to stay connected to the office.

 

Connecting to Your Rover Gateway

Before you begin this section you will need a username and password from your Rover Gateway administrator as well as the Rover Gateway Access Code.

You will be prompted to input the access code, your username and password.

Enter the access code, username and password provided by your Rover Gateway administrator.

Note: the username and password are case sensitive.

The Rover Gateway site will now appear in the Rover Gateway List. Select ‘Edit’ to delete a gateway from the list.

Select the blue chevron to the right of the Gateway name to see support information about this gateway.

Rover Retriever is now available free for the iPhone, iPad and Android.
